Was raised in suburban Philadelphia. Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in Chestertown, MD and Grasp of Arts from American Film Institute, LA, CA. Began in market in the first 90’s like a PA and finally relocated up to creation supervisor in Philly region. Also worked like a screenwriter for educational documentaries. Relocated to LA in middle-90’s to wait American Film Institute (Generating Fellow). Won Oscar for AFI master’s thesis film, “My Mom Dreams the Satan’s Disciples in NY”. Worked mainly because casting associate to Allison Jones and Aisha Coley. After going to AFI, was on personnel at Kaos Entertainment in Santa Monica, CA and created documentary special offers for TLC and Finding. Relocated back again to East coastline in 2001. Created production organization, Ridley Park Photos, LLC in 2003 to create shorts and nonprofit videos. (Took period off to improve three great children 2004-2009) Produced the feature film, “Sluggish Learners” (2015) with co-producers Jamie Lokoff, Tommy Joyner and Brian O’Connor.
