Longtime baritone singer with the favorite nation music and southern gospel quartet, the Oak Ridge Guys. Golden first joined up with the group in 1964 and was using the group if they produced their changeover to nation music in the middle ’70’s. Known for his “hill guy” appearance, he previously a very much publicized falling out in clumps with all of those other group’s members, departing them in 1987. After his substitute, Steve Sanders, still left for personal factors in 1995, Golden rejoined the group on New Year’s Eve, 1995. He’s a indigenous of Brewton, AL.
