Xenia Kalogeropoulou was created in 1936, in Athens, Greece. She researched acting on the Royal Academy od Dramatic Artwork of London and produced her stage debut in 1956 as an associate from the London – structured french group “La Troupe Francaise”. She produced her Athens stage debut in 1958 and quickly became among the best stars of her era, showing up in Chekhov’s “The Seagull” (as Nina), Shakespeare’s “The Product owner of Venice” (as Porcia), Turgenev’s “PER MONTH in the united states” (as Natalia), Oscar Wilde’s “The Need for Getting Earnest” (as Cecily) etc. She developed personal groupings (with Giannis Fertis, who was simply her husband for a few years) and founded the movie theater “Porta”.
