Mini Biography

He was created in Kékes (Transylvania). He completed his studies on the Supplementary college for Music and Artwork in 1970 in Marosvásárhely. He graduated being a visual artist on the Ion Andreescu School of Great Arts in Kolozsvár in 1976. From 1976 to 1985 he worked for Animafilm, the computer animation film studio room of Bucharest (Romania). Between 1984-86 he finished the cartoon movie director branch of Ion Caragiale University for Dilemma, Film and Tv in Bucharest. Having added to many series, stage styles, toon and film styles he composed scripts and aimed three computer animation film by himself. His movies, Nodul Gordian as well as the Area have won honours in the Romanian Film Association as well as the First Award at Costinesti Film Festival. In 1985 he participated in the competition to discover the best designed poster on the Computer animation Film Celebration of Annecy where he received the First Award (The Jules Cheret Award). Aside from creating animation movies he was also involved in doing images functions, drawings and lino slashes from 1976 and 1986.
