Adam Ferrara is a stand-up comedian and acting professional who proudly played Main Needles Nelson around the Emmy nominated FX episode series Rescue Me personally (2004) with Denis Leary and Frank Verelli on Showtime’s strike series Nurse Jackie (2009) reverse Emmy Award champion Edie Falco.
