Liverpool-born actress Alison Steadman was created in 1946, the little girl of George Percival Steadman and Marjorie Evans. Educated at Childwall Valley SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, she studied on the East-15 Performing College from 1966-1969, after that toiled being a secretary on the Liverpool Probation Provider before deciding on the full-time acting profession.
