At a age she visited Barcelona where she studied theatre in the “Instituto del Teatro” with Marta Grau. She debuted in theatre in 1944 in Barcelona and in 1948 in the “Teatro Espanol de Madrid”. She wedded a Mexican physician, briefly interrupting her profession. In 1967 she returned to Spain and began working again.
