Charles Howerton was created in Cuero, Tx, in 1938, child of the Naval official. Charles wedded his university sweetheart, Jeri Lynn Mooney (aka Susan Howard) and proceeded to go west to LA in 1962, employed in theater with old-time stars Frank Faylen, Percy Helton,E.J.
