Charles Alvin Lisanby was created January 22, 1924 in Princeton, Kentucky. Mainly building himself in live tv production in NEW YORK being a Scenic Developer, an associate of the brand new York Scenic and Designer’s IATSE #829 Union. With tv production moving Western world, Lisanby used in Hollywood in the first 60’s, accepting tasks on both coasts. Lisanby became a member of the West Coastline FILM and Television Artwork Directors IATSE #876 Union, since he was creating inside the union’s jurisdiction.
