Charles Lunsford Neville Buck was created on Apr 15, 1879 in Midway, Woodford Region, Kentucky towards the Honorable Charles William Buck and Elizabeth Crow Bullitt. Charles studied in the Cincinnati Academy of Artwork around 1898 to 1899. It’s possible he graduated from your artwork academy in 1899, although I cannot confirm this. After he remaining the artwork academy, then became a cartoonist around the personnel from the Louisville, Kentucky newspapers ‘The Evening Post’ from 1899 to 1900.
