Blessed in Cardiff, Chris Addison was raised in Manchester where he attended the Manchester Sentence structure School prior to going on to research in the College or university of Birmingham. Pursuing his graduation in 1994, he place ambitions to immediate theatre on keep and “drifted into stand-up humor” which became his full-time work in 1996. He had written and performed eight one-man displays in the Edinburgh Event, getting two Perrier Honor nominations and heading on to switch two from the displays (‘The Ape That Got Lucky’ and ‘Civilization’) into series for BBC Radio.
