Mini Biography

Common Sense is definitely a music group from Greece. In 1993-1996 the band played in a number of festivals plus they opened up concerts for Dodgy (6/9/1995 Rodon Golf club), Giant Fine sand (10/2/1996 Rodon Golf club) and Tindersticks (8/6/1996 Lycabetus Theatre). Following this gig the music group split up. In January 2000 Sunlight ARISES was contained in the Pop & Rock and roll magazine set of the very best Greek rock and roll albums from the 1970-2000 period. A decade after (Might 2006) the music group reunited & documented the demo melody “Period stood still”. The demonstration song premiered over the compilation “One Wish Nearer” (Emi/Sony Bmg). In March 2007 they used Marc Almond and participated in the SoundWave competition. The music group was voted as Critics Choice 1 in the International Graphs of the competition. In Oct 2007 they performed on the Cavern Membership, Liverpool, with Echo & The Bunnymen and Indigos. In November 2007, three GOOD SENSE songs were contained in Angelos Spartalis’ film “The Apple in your mind”, that was presented on the 48th Thessaloniki International Film Celebration. “The Snow-white Symptoms”, that was honored two prizes on the 49th Thessaloniki International Film celebration in November 2008, also highlighted three GOOD SENSE songs. The music group started documenting their second LP “Sunset” in Jan 2011.
