D. Boon developed the famous punk rock-band, Minutemen, with George Hurley and Mike Watt in 1980. The trio continued release a 11 albums in under six years and toured maniacally until Boon’s tragic loss of life in late Dec of 1985 triggered the group’s abrupt demise.
