Dan Ivan (a.k.a., Daniel Donald Ivan and Daniel Vargo) was created in Ohio, USA about 1930 to Edith and Daniel Ivan. He was raised in Alliance, Ohio, USA where he previously three sisters and two brothers. His mom afterwards remarried. He occasionally passed the name Danny Vargo. He was on his method to learning to be a juvenile delinquent-perhaps got already gained that designation-when, at age group 15, in 1945, the neighborhood law enforcement “helped” Dan to lay about his age group and sign up for the U.S. Military.
