In his 25 year career, David Newman has scored over 100 motion pictures, which range from War from the Roses, Matilda, Bowfinger and Heathers, towards the newer The Spirit, Serenity, and Alvin as well as the Chipmonks: The Squeakuel. Newman’s music has taken alive the critically acclaimed dramas Brokedown Palace and Hoffa; top-grossing comedies Norbit, Scooby-Doo, Galaxy Search, The Nutty Teacher, The Flinstones, Toss Mama In the Teach; and award-winning cartoon films Ice Age group, The Brave Small Toaster and Anastasia.
