German director of Hungarian origin, cameraman, author and mechanised engineer. He got a qualification in Liberal Arts in Budapest, after that in Mechanical Executive in Berlin. From 1905 to 1939, he resided and worked well in Berlin. He released several books. In 1906, he was the contributor from the Berliner Tageblatt; in 1908, controlling director of the movie theater; and from 1911, leading movie director from the Berlin division of Routeé. In the platform of his personal enterprise, he handled the sale of Hungarian movies in Germany. The achievement of some 120 German film creation is connected with his name. He created 9 movies in Hungary between Might 1915 and Feb 1917. During Globe Battle I, he shot thousands of meters of documentary materials. His oeuvre is mainly known and significant in the silent period and in German vocabulary areas. He came back to Hungary in 1919.
