During WWII, Pound was the “Tokyo Increased” of Italy, producing many hundred anti-American radio broadcasts in order to undermine the united states war effort. Following the defeat from the Axis capabilities, Pound was caught by American causes. Returned to america to handle treason costs, Pound was analyzed by doctors and pronounced unfit for trial because of his insanity. He was limited in a medical center for the criminally crazy for 12 years. In 1958, treason costs were fallen and he was freed. He later on came back to Italy where he continuing composing poetry and translating historic Chinese text messages. He passed away there in 1972.
