After playing Aggie in THE FANTASTIC Dictator and taking part in other films, Francesca Santoro was raised in LA, visited Holland to review voice in the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music, and married Freddy L’hoir with whom she had five children: Alwyn, René Paul, Robin, Emile, and Aaron. In 1970, she returned to college as an undergraduate, going to the University or college of California (Irvine and Berkeley). In 1981, she received a Fulbright Scholarship or grant to Rome, where she resided for seven years. In 1988, she gained her PhD in Old Background and Classical Dialects. The writer of two released educational books on Roman Historiography, Francesca received the Rome Reward and was elected like a Fellow from the American Academy in Rome, 1997. Still teaching in California, she reserves her performing for the class room.
