Zuckerman’s most well-known movies, “Written over the Blowing wind” and “The Tarnished Angels” had been both aimed by Douglas Sirk. “Created on the Breeze” is known as Sirk’s finest melodrama, and “Tarnished Angels” was William Faulkner’s preferred adaptation of some of his books. “Pylon” was the name of Faulkner’s book that George Zuckerman modified for the display screen.
