Harry Lachman was created in LaSalle, Illinois, and became a publication illustrator in Chicago, pulling addresses for “Colliers,” “The Sunday Evening Post,” “Leslie’s” and “Cosmopolitan.” He relocated to Paris in 1911 and his functions are hung in a number of European museums aswell as the Chicago Artwork Institute.
