Jacques Marquette moved to Hollywood in 1919 and attended Hollywood SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Breaking in to the business like a “gofer” for his old sibling Joe, a newsreel cameraman, Marquette’s 1st job was helping his sibling on coverage from the 1933 Very long Beach earthquake. Later on, after a Globe Battle II stint like a cameraman for the environment Force’s film department, Marquette approved a $69-a-week work at Techni color Labs like a specialist.
