Mini Biography

Ryan Adam originally burst onto the film scene being a sinewy and low fat fighting techinques hero via two low quality South African financed fighting techinques films titled Karate Killer (1976), as well as the sequel Wipe out and Wipe out Again (1981). Both movies had been rather shoddy, mechanised productions…nevertheless the acrobatic Ryan had a particular appeal, and the films were packed with a lot of kicks and punches, and they also highlighted 8th Dan Shotokan karate expert Stan Schmidt and fellow South African 8th Dan judo / karate exponent Norman Robinson …..both people from the South African FIGHTING TECHINQUES Hall of Popularity.
