John McNamara is a article writer, manufacturer, show-runner and tv creator. He composed and co-produced the feature film “Trumbo,” that Bryan Cranston was nominated for an Oscar, as Dalton Trumbo, among the Hollywood Ten blacklisted screenwriters. The film was nominated with the WGA for Greatest Modified Screenplay and McNamara was honored the WGAW’s Paul Selvin Prize which honors authors whose function “embodies the heart from the constitutional and civil correct liberties that are essential to the success of free authors everywhere.” Furthermore, McNamara created the NBC series, “Aquarius,” starring David Duchovny and may be the co-creator from the Syfy series “The Magicians” predicated on Lev Grossman’s bestselling reserve series.
