A tv and film maker. He is a Producer in the BBC since 1980, when he created Russell Harty’s talk display Harty. He shifted to executive generating on the BBC in 1986, focusing on sketch present A Little bit of Fry and Laurie, and became Mind of Humor Entertainment in 1994, generally in charge of sketch shows. Plowman was educated in Welwyn Backyard City with School University, Oxford, where was an associate of the School University Players and made close friends with other people who continued to determine successful professions in humor. On 14 March 2006, he was honoured using the ‘Judges’ Award for Outstanding Contribution to Uk Television’ on the Royal Television Culture awards. Plowman was appointed Official of the Purchase of the Uk Empire (OBE) in the 2013 Birthday Honours for providers to British humor.
