Delivered in the metal city of Scunthorpe in the 1970s, Jonathan’s like of film started as a young child with frequent travels to the cities now demolished Majestic movie theater and night time viewings of Moviedrome with Alex Cox. Like many like minded aspiring filmmakers, he started producing films as an adolescent on outdated VHS and Super 8 camcorders. Currently located in Norwich, he spent some time working inside the film & Tv because the early 2000s in several different roles spent some time working on a lot of time of tv and on several feature films. Being a manufacturer he lower his teeth in the Digital Pants scheme went by the united kingdom Film Council between 2007 and 2009, which cumulated using the prize winning short dilemma ‘Bro’ (2009 Dir. Chris Dundon). Following creation of another prize winning brief film the officially ambitious ‘Woodwoo’ (2013 Dir. Jonny Phillips) for Rankin Film Productions, Jonathan set up Coda Movies to focus on producing features and shifted into directing. ‘The Last Reel’ marks his feature duration directorial debut.
