Delivered and raised in Toronto, Canada. During his teens, his family relocated to Israel where his film job started as an actor. He auditioned to some acting colleges in Britain, got approved to four. He graduated from your Guildhall College of Music & Episode in London Britain. “Lipstikka” (Odem, Israel/UK 2011), his feature film as writer-director-producer, was presented in Competition in the Berlin International Film Festival 2011, in Competition in the Jerusalem International Film Festival 2011 (where it won two Best Celebrity awards), in the state Selection in the Toronto International Film Festival 2011, in competition in the Seattle International Film Festival 2012 and in additional film festivals world-wide. “Urban Experience” (Israel 1999), his feature film as writer-director-producer, was presented in Competition the Berlin International Film Event 1999 and won several nationwide and International awards. “Drifting” (Nagua, Israel 1983), his 1st feature film as co-producer and leading acting professional, was presented in the Berlin International Film Festival 1984 and won numerous Israeli Country wide Awards including Best Film, Best Leading Actor, Best Photography and Best Screenplay. Sagall also wrote and directed two indie pants, “Zerach Lipshitz’ Last Small Holiday” and “IN THE HOME” (Babait) both presented in country wide and international film celebrations. He’s created and aimed three stage performs – “Lea IS OUT On THE ROAD”, “Cockroach” and “Easy Fixes to a Shitty Existence”. His group of brief stories “The Lonesome Existence of Hugo Asparagus” had been released in the Israeli press. He was a normal staff writer around the Israeli-Palestinian creation of “Sesame Road”. Among his many Film & TV acting credits are ‘Bobby’ in the favorite Israeli film series “Lemon Popsicle” (Eis Am Stiel), Robbie in Amos Guttman’s Drifting (Nagua), ‘Poldek Pfefferberg’ in Steven Spielberg’s “Schindler’s List”, ‘Emanuel’ in his own film “Urban Experience”, and ‘Asaf Refaeli’ in the Israeli Television drama series “Hamakom”.
