Jösta Hagelbäck, given birth to Nils Gösta Hagelbäck, was a Swedish film-director, article writer, actor, poet, designer and musician. Examined the film directing plan on the Dramatic Institute, Stockholm, in the 70’s. Jösta Hagelbäck was regarded an offbeat and gifted musician. An invitation to Hollywood led to the feature film “Kejsaren” (1979). He aimed several feature movies, documentaries, music movies and tv productions. The cinematographer Thomas Ljungqvist manufactured in 2005 the award-winning documentary film about Jösta Hagelbäck known as “Desperadon från Kolsva”.
