Kelley Offer and her twin sister, Kim Offer, was raised in Dayton, Ohio. If they had been teenagers, they produced their very own folk-rock duo, The Breeders, playing at regional truck halts. When Kim shifted to Boston in 1986 and became a member of a new music group, The Pixies, Kelley shifted to LA, where she was a pc programmer, and rumored to also being truly a caterer.
