Mini Biography

He learnt directing from Pál Fejös, and László Vajda as an associate director. In 1937 he produced his initial film accompanied by 2 various other movies in the same calendar year, (A harapós férj, a Viki and Torockói menyasszony). Between 1939 and 1944 he couldn’t make movies because he was Jewish. Following the 2nd WW, he produced the initial Hungarian film (A tanítónö). First he proved helpful at the company Orient Film Stock, and in 1948 he transferred to the Country wide Film Stock. In 1950 he begun to show in the Academy of Theater and Film Arts. Between 1949 and 1953 he produced the most viewed comedies, with Kálmán Latabár.
