Meredith lived in Quebec until she was 12. Her dad and siblings had been members from the music group Tangleroot, and her mom was the group’s supervisor. She started acquiring performing classes when she was 5 years of age, and was provided her first part as Aurora in the Showtime creation The Music Spinner (1995). Later on, she appeared like a visitor star in it series Goosebumps, playing Cara in the event Vampire Breath. Her initial big chance came when, in 12 years of age, she was ensemble seeing that Shirley Holmes in it series The Travels of Shirley Holmes (1996), which ran for four periods and aired in 62 countries.
