Given birth to in Lisbon in 1965, Miguel Monteiro started his career like a journalist in 1984. In 1988 he was area of the group that produced the first personal radio train station in Portugal, TSF. For his function in the air he received many honours. Four years later on, in 1992, he was also a founding person in the first personal television train station in Portugal, SIC. He was the initial Portuguese journalist to protect the Academy Honours – he covered it both for radio and tv for an excellent area of the nineties.
