With the launch of his first independent film “Sex Crimes” in 1992, which he wrote, produced and directed, Mike Behrman began an extended career in the wonderful world of independent productions as both a writer and a maker. A chance ending up in writer/movie director Mike Gunther in 1995 resulted in a fifteen-year composing/producing collaboration that culminated with the formation of Gunny Entertainment in 2005. The duo offers since created displays and movies for MTV and Lions Gate. He’s currently surviving in California having simply completed the script for “Setup” (starring 50 Cent and Bruce Willis) with partner Mike Gunther, who’s also directing the film. He includes a complete slate of tasks planned for 2011 and 2012 produces.
