Norris began her composing profession in the series Sunday Evening Live from 1980-84, receiving an Emmy nomination on her behalf writing. She after that moved on to create shows for the series It’s Your Move, Gimme A REST, and Remington Steele before co-writing the screenplay for Troop Beverly Hillsides. She after that became manufacturer and article writer for the series Developing Women, that she received three even more Emmy nominations. She also created episodes from the series Hearts Afire, Mad About You,The Huntress, Emeril, and THE EASY Life (also originator). Norris came back to composing, penning a 2010 bout of Ghost Whisperer.
