Sommer returned to Cleveland in 2008 to instruct a master course in the Case European Reserve School / Cleveland Play Home graduate plan. He gained an MFA in this program in 2004. Sommer planned his potential in improv humor during his Play Home days. He provides performed using the Vertical People Brigade improv troupe, however the almost all his career has been around tv and film. Sommer’s profession is a fulfillment of the childhood wish. He was created in Toledo, and resided in Rocky River and Cuyahoga Falls (Ohio). When he was eight his family members transferred to Stillwater, Minnesota and graduated from Stillwater Region SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in 1996 and continued to study movie theater at Concordia University in Moorhead. He did unusual careers and improv after graduating from university, but wished to act regular. He noticed an ad within a theater mag about the Cleveland Play Home graduate plan and applied. He and his wife, Virginia Donohoe Sommer, met seeing that graduate learners. The couple transferred to NY in 2004, wedded the following season and transferred to LA in 2007. Virginia Sommer is certainly a full-time mother towards the couple’s two kids (Beatrice c. 2007 and Patrick Ryan, August 31, 2010). In the beginning of his career, he wished for just one legacy job — something to tell the grandchildren about. With ‘Mad Guys’ he provides that.
