Richard Gregoire was created in Montreal in 1944. Analyzed music in the faculty of music in the Université de Montréal and structure with the popular french-Canadian composer Serge Garant. He received a Country wide Arts Council give in 1968 and offered an apprenticeship in france using the exclusive O.R.T.F. beneath the path of Pierre Schaeffer. He also stidied with Gilbert Amy. In 1968 he published a Cantata that was performed in march of the next 12 months for the culture of modern music of Québec. Through the seventies he honed his abilities in writing industrial and pop music. In 1983, composer Lewis Furey employed Grégoire to carry out his rating for the film Maria Chapdelaine. In 1985, Yves Simoneau employed him to create the rating for his feature Pouvoir Intime. Today Grégoire is known as among the main talents within the film and tv rating field in Québec.
