Roch was raised in Saint Basile, New Bruswick, Canada, using a younger sibling, Marc and a younger sister, Janice. Both his parents had been English teachers therefore Roch was raised bilingual with French and British. After his parents divorce he spent lots of time with this paternal grandparents. Roch wished to be considered a professional hockey participant, but a personal injury during a football game compelled him to select another profession. Roch examined physiology at Ottawa School with intentions to become a physician. He graduated in 1985. Nevertheless, music was his contacting.
