Spyros Panagiotis Skouras was created on 27 Sept, 1892 in Skourahorian, Greece, the boy of an area sheepherder. After primarily learning for the priesthood, Skouras, by using his older sibling, [mistake], became a member of his younger sibling, George P. Skouras, and journeyed to America. While operating like a bus son in St. Louis, Skouras would spend his evenings studying British, business methods, accounting and regulation. In 1912 the three brothers pooled their cash and bought a rundown nickelodeon in an unhealthy community in St. Louis. After turning the theatre across the brothers could actually build on the achievement and borrow $150,000 to get and refurbish the older Grand Central Theatre in St. Louis.
