Tandees’ 1st film was damaged when the building that housed her film college was strike by bombs in the Iran/Iraq battle. She was after that 16 years of age. After graduating from senior high school, Tandees and her family members relocated to Vancouver, Canada, where she continuing her research in media, tv and down the road film. After employed in various capacities in television for over 5 years, Tandees returned to school. She graduated best of her course in the Vancouver Film College, and after a brief period of focusing on several projects, signed up her own firm ‘Fables Productions Inc.’, developing several scripts and experimental tasks. In 1997, Tandees and her partner signed up another firm ‘Unavailable Images Ltd.’ In 2000, Fables Productions and Unavailables had been combined to make Filmatica Companies Inc., with Tandees simply because the only real owner from it. Between your three companies, Tandees has generated, written and created over twelve short and long format tasks, mostly documentaries and experimentals. In 2002, Tandees developed Impromptu, an unscripted humor development. The pilot of Impromptu, entitled The Audition, continued to earn 3 Leo Award’s nominations. Since 2004, Tandees has joined up with forces with Sean Thomas from ChefThomas Productions, and collectively they are getting into producing a group of feature lenght tasks in various styles. In her free time, Tandees also writes and publishes articles.
