Tina Wiseman was created in Pearl Harbor Medical center in Hawaii. Her dad was a sailor located in Hawaii (he grew up on a plantation in Ohio). Her mom was created and elevated in American Samoa. Tina relocated to Hawaii to keep her education. She was a Samoan princess, becoming the granddaughter from the high main who founded the town of Futinga in American Samoa.
