Tony was created and raised in New Haven, Connecticut. He attended Southern Connecticut Condition University or college and graduated in 1974. While an undergraduate college student at Southern Connecticut State University, he performed because the leading guy in a number of musicals at Sacred Heart Academy, an all-girls college preparatory senior high school in Hamden, Connecticut. From then on, he continued to wait Temple University or college in Philadelphia, graduating in 1977 having a Master of Good Arts Degree. Tony taught theater classes in Southern Connecticut Condition University or college, including a program in Stage Speaking, through the Springtime semester of 1978.
