Tony Costa was created in Hamilton/Ontario Canada in 1962, boy of Portuguese emigrants. At age elementary college his parents shifted back to their house land. After completing High School across the 1980s Tony came back to Canada where he researched and worked well in the film market. He worked like a film laboratory specialist in Toronto at Medallion Film Labs and started working like a clapper loader in a number of pants and music video clips. Despite caring Canada he made a decision to go back to Portugal in 1989 where he instantly began his film profession in the camcorder department like a clapper loader. Since this day he spent some time working in many movies as clapper loader, focus-puller, camcorder operator or more to cinematographer. He’s right now a cinematographer located in Lisbon and a teacher at College or university of Lusofona. He was vice-president of IMAGO the Western Federation of Cinematographers between 2004-2008 and was founder the of Portuguese Culture of Cinematographers, and CPAV (The Film Experts Association). He offers published a publication, a Manual for Camcorder Assistants’s published from the Superior College of Movie theater ESTC (Lisbon) and he’s the publisher and editor of many websites linked to Movie theater. He has made an appearance as secondary acting professional in several movies and aimed documentaries. He offers concluded his Get better at Level in 2012 and aimed his first brief film O MEU AVÔ as movie director.
