Legendary conductor, composer, author, producer, pianist and educator who found its way to the united states in 1871. He was informed in NY public colleges and analyzed music along with his dad Leopold Damrosch, Rischbeiter, Urspruch, and Von Bulow. He was granted honorary levels from NY University, Princeton University or college, Columbia University or college, the University or college of Pennsylvania, Dark brown University, NY State University or college, and Washington & Jefferson University. He was accompanist to August Wilhelmj on his US tour, and long term conductor from the Newark Harmonic Culture. Succeeding his dad as Wagnerian movie director for the Metropolitan Opera (1885-1891), he also carried out the brand new York Symphony as well as the Oratorio Culture of NY, and produced some Wagner operas at Carnegie Hall in 1893-1894.
