Mini Biography

Hungarian novelist Yolanda Foldes was created Jolan Foldes in Kenderas, Hungary, in 1902. Her dad was a pharmacist. She was informed in Hungary, so when she graduated senior high school she still left for Paris, France, to review British and French on the Sorbonne. They didn’t hold her curiosity, however, therefore she lowered them for sociology and mindset. She wrote several documents on sociological complications and, to her amazement, discovered them released in serious publications. She begun to function in Paris being a audience and translator–she spoke Hungarian, British and French–and in a short time she wrote and released a book, “Prelude to Like”, which earned a French literary award. Other novels implemented. She became involved with politics, and was a vociferous anti-Nazi and anti-fascist (which didn’t review well using the right-wing Hungarian federal government of Adm. Miklós Horthy, that was allied with Nazi Germany). Foldes shortly moved to Britain, and resided there until Oct of 1963, when she passed away in London.
